Personal support for your staff

Providing occupational Health and Wellbeing services for you and your staff, we aim to provide a responsive and reliable service that works for everyone.

With a range of services on offer, we focus on the maintenance of good health, management of attendance and health promotion.


Benefits for your organisation

Signing up to our highly professional services means you will be able to make use of a 24 hour helpline that gives staff immediate access to experts who can offer advice and assistance.

Furthermore, we provide a pathway to face to face support, and a counselling service to deliver individual and tailored support as and when you need it.

Our service is completely confidential and no details or information about the support sessions are ever shared.

 

Our annual package has a number of benefits for your organisation, providing a professional service for you and your staff:

• A professional Occupational Health Advisory Service run by qualified Occupational Health practitioners

• Access to an Occupational Health Physician for complex occupational health cases and ill health retirements (LGPS pensions)

• Fitness to work assessments for potential employees

• Guidance in application of advice within attendance management procedures

• Advice on the suitability of redeployment 

• Health surveillance as required by law; risk assessment or health and safety advice

• 24 hour employee telephone assistance for personal problems that might adversely impact work performance, health and well-being

 

The Health and Wellbeing Service also provides additional bespoke services that attract additional charges, including:

• Provision of a counselling service

• Stress risk assessments on a group or individual basis

• Workplace mediation and facilitation 

• Health promotion activities for employees

All services identified in the annual package can also be offered as a bespoke option.
